📏 How to Measure Yourself
For Bras:
- Band Size: Measure around your ribcage, just under your bust. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
- Bust Size: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Cup Size: Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement.
For Panties & Bottoms:
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (smallest part of your torso).
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
