Easy, discreet returns within 14 days — return shipping is on us.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, intimate items with broken hygiene seals, removed liners, or signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.

To begin a return, write to us at care@wildberriesintimates.com. We'll provide a prepaid return label and full instructions — return shipping is covered by us, at no additional cost to you. Please don't send items back without first requesting a return, as unrequested returns can't be accepted.

Exchanges

The quickest path to the right fit or style is to return your current item, then place a new order once your return is confirmed. Once approved, your replacement ships within 7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and confirm approval by email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days — though your bank may take a little longer to post it. If more than 14 business days have passed since approval with no refund showing, reach out to us at care@wildberriesintimates.com and we'll look into it right away.
